SwingTrack maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users and all content processed by our services.

1. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, share, request, generate, or distribute any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates CSAE or CSAM. Any attempt to use SwingTrack for these purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Detection and Enforcement

We review reports and act quickly on suspected violations. Actions may include immediate content removal, account suspension, and permanent termination. Where required by law, we preserve applicable records and cooperate with authorized law enforcement requests.
